SECTION 1(west) 0-1km 
this section has numerous problems with data:
-1999 almost 30% of the beach was missed by lidar and has no data
-after 2000 beach scarp was moving very rapidly inland (as opposed to relatively
stable dune toes in the sections 2-5) so the "back line" of the area
is moving over time and in 2004 also mhw gets over the road so there is no beach 
in the section of 2004 data
